There is so much natural beauty in the surroundings that it didn't feel like I needed to add extra decor at all. Chelcie and her team are continually making upgrades, and the place just keeps getting better and better. Another huge plus is that the venue has tons of tables, chairs, table cloths, and decor you can use, so there is less stuff that you need to personally rent and bring to the venue, which was a huge plus for us. Our guests all loved the venue, and I am so glad we chose Terra Valley Farms!

  • Chelcie and her husband have done an amazing job with this venue! When I booked it for my September 2024 wedding back at the end of 2023, there was still a lot of construction and changes being made but they had such a wonderful vision that I trusted them and I'm so glad I did! The bridal and groom suites are both elegant and beautiful, spacious with great lighting. The reception hall is very open, indoor/outdoor style and even for us, on a warmer day it never felt too hot. They have beautiful tables and chairs that just fit perfectly with the woodsy/gardeny vibe. I would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for a wedding venue that is private, tucked away (it is not difficult to get to or far from downtown Monroe but feels remote), and has beautiful landscaping and florals! The team is wonderful and they helped make our special day amazing!!

We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of.   • At our venue, we do not offer on-site catering; however, we are more than happy to provide you with a list of recommended catering services. We understand that each couple has unique preferences and needs, so you have the flexibility to choose a caterer that aligns perfectly with your vision for the day.

    Additionally, unlike some other venues in the Tualco Valley, we are located within the 40-mile radius for Seattle caterers. This ensures that you have a wide range of catering options to suit your tastes, making your wedding day truly exceptional.

  • Yes, we do have a curated list of preferred vendors, including photographers, florists, caterers, and more. These vendors have extensive experience working at our venue and are familiar with our space, which can make your planning process smoother. However, you are not required to use them and are welcome to bring in your own vendors if you prefer. Our team will happily work with whoever you choose to ensure your day is perfect!

  • While we encourage creative decor, please note that our restrictions include anything that requires nailing or permanent attachment to the venue's surfaces. We want you to have the flexibility to personalize your space while preserving the integrity of our venue for future events.

  • In the event of inclement weather, we have a contingency plan in place. Your ceremony will be seamlessly moved to our covered reception pavilion, ensuring that your special moment remains beautiful and dry. Your comfort and the success of your event are our top priorities, and we are prepared to adapt to changing weather conditions to make your day perfect.

  • Our parking facilities are designed to accommodate up to 110 cars, ensuring convenience for your event.

  • Yes, we offer both a bridal suite and a groom's room to ensure the comfort and convenience of the wedding party. These dedicated spaces provide a tranquil haven for the bride, groom, and their respective parties to prepare for the big day in style and comfort. We understand the importance of having a private space for these special moments, and our venue is equipped to cater to your needs.

  • Yes, rehearsals are welcome at our venue and included in the price of your rental.

  • We adhere to the local noise ordinance regulations, which require that all outdoor amplified music and entertainment conclude by 10:00 PM. This ensures that we maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors while allowing you to enjoy your event.

  • We permit beer, wine, and spirits at our venue. However, for the safety and responsibility of all guests, all alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender through a licensed and insured catering or bartending company .
