Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to support a wedding day that feels effortless, welcoming, and beautifully put together. From the flow of the spaces to the furnishings and amenities throughout the property, everything is designed to create a relaxed, elevated setting for your celebration across our mid-May through mid-October season.

Venue & Access

  • One-hour rehearsal (Monday–Wednesday)

  • Parking for approximately 100 vehicles

  • Brand-new, spacious getting-ready rooms

  • 2–3 venue hosts on-site (based on guest count)

  • Vendor check-in support on event day

  • For events with 80+ guests, a parking attendant is provided

What’s Included

Layout & Timeline Collaboration

We’ll provide everything you need to design your wedding layout and timeline with ease — clear guidelines, templates, and support from our team so the day flows seamlessly.

Setup & Takedown

Venue furniture is set up according to your layout and taken down by our staff. Couples remain responsible for clearing personal items and décor prior to takedown.

Venue Decor

We offer a curated collection of venue-owned décor available for your use, selected to complement the setting and overall aesthetic of the property. Prior to your event, our team will pull the décor items you’ve requested and have them ready for use.

Couples are responsible for setting up venue décor and returning all items to their designated location at the end of the evening. Personal décor and rentals may be incorporated alongside venue pieces.

Single Day Rental

Saturday $8,500

Friday & Sunday $8,250

Getting ready suite access begins at 10:30 AM with full venue access at 12:00 PM. Music ends at 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise ordinance, with full move out by 10:30 PM.

Two-Day Package

Friday & Saturday $12,000

Friday access runs from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is self-managed with one team member on site. Casual food like pizza, sandwiches, and the like is welcome at no extra charge for up to 30 guests. Full Saturday is included as normal.

Rehearsal Dinner Add-On: $800

For couples who want a proper sit-down dinner Friday evening. Linens are included and the space will already be set for your wedding day. Up to 30 guests. Requires a licensed caterer, licensed bartender, and proof of banquet permit.
