Day of Coordination

Our Day of Coordination service guarantees flawless execution. Collaborating closely with vendors, we streamline arrivals, oversee setup, and create a detailed timeline. From rehearsal to reception, we facilitate a seamless flow, allowing you to enjoy your special day without worry.

What’s included:

  • Three months before your wedding the designated coordinator will begin pulling final details, building timelines, and layouts. 

  • One month of vendor coordination

One month before your wedding we will connect with all of your vendors to communicate the day of logistics using the information you provide us.  

  • Two one hour planning meetings

One month before your event you will have a meeting with your coordinator to go over your planning progress. 1 week before your event you will have a final meeting. 

  • Site visits

Your coordinator will meet you at Terra Valley Farms for a site visit 2-4 months before your event. This is a great time to finalize your floor plan while you are in the space. 

  • One-hour ceremony rehearsal

The coordinator will be on-site to lead your ceremony rehearsal. (Time slots are subject to availability)

FAQ’S 

Will you help set up and clean up?

Yes! In addition to coordinating logistics, we are here to help with direct setup and cleanup. It’s important to note that we can not do it all alone. We always encourage you to hire a full-service caterer or event staff. 

Bartending Service

Our comprehensive bartending service ensures every detail is taken care of, from setup to takedown. Included in our service are all necessary supplies such as the bar itself, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes, licenses, and bar tools. With experienced bartenders, we guarantee prompt and courteous service from 4:45 pm to 9:45 pm, with the option to extend at $100.00 per hour. Setup and cleanup of the bar are complimentary, allowing you to fully enjoy your event while we manage the logistics.

During bartending hours, bussing cups will be provided, and 2 bartenders will be included. In addition to alcoholic beverages, we'll also serve mocktails and refreshments. While clients are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers, and non-alcoholic drinks, rest assured, even if alcohol isn't on the menu, we're prepared to meet all your beverage needs.

Setup Service

Our Setup service ensures your event decor aligns with your vision. From 9:00 am to noon, our team meticulously orchestrates every detail, reflecting your style and preferences. With open communication and attention to detail, we transform the venue into a captivating canvas, ready for your celebration.

Clean-up Service

Our Take Down/Clean-up service provides the perfect conclusion to your event. As festivities wind down, our dedicated team swiftly dismantles decorations and restores the venue. From removing floral arrangements to tidying dining areas, every detail is handled with care. With our efficient approach, you can focus on reliving cherished memories, knowing the venue will be left immaculate for its next chapter.
