Our ceremony garden and custom-lit reception pavilion set the stage for your perfect day. Enjoy the convenience of two brand-new, spacious getting-ready rooms, a catering kitchen with a large walk-in refrigerator, and a 2-hour rehearsal available Monday through Wednesday to ensure everything runs smoothly. Keep your guests cozy with propane heaters and a fire pit with firewood included for warm, starry-night conversations and s’mores.

Set Up and Take Down: Our team of 2-3 venue hosts provides comprehensive setup and takedown services for your wedding day. This includes arranging all venue furniture and linens, as well as setting up any décor pieces owned by the venue to ensure the space is beautifully aligned with your vision. Please note that while we handle these aspects, the couple is responsible for cleaning the venue before the takedown begins.

At our venue, we do not offer on-site catering; however, we are more than happy to provide you with a list of recommended catering services. We understand that each couple has unique preferences and needs, so you have the flexibility to choose a caterer that aligns perfectly with your vision for the day.
Additionally, unlike some other venues in the Tualco Valley, we are located within the 40-mile radius for Seattle caterers. This ensures that you have a wide range of catering options to suit your tastes, making your wedding day truly exceptional.

Yes, we do have a curated list of preferred vendors, including photographers, florists, caterers, and more. These vendors have extensive experience working at our venue and are familiar with our space, which can make your planning process smoother. However, you are not required to use them and are welcome to bring in your own vendors if you prefer. Our team will happily work with whoever you choose to ensure your day is perfect!

Our standard rental duration for the venue on your wedding day is from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM, providing you with 12 continuous hours of access. Should you wish to extend your preparation time, additional hours can be added in the morning at a rate of $350 per hour. This ensures you have plenty of time to get ready and enjoy every moment leading up to your special day.

While we encourage creative decor, please note that our restrictions include anything that requires nailing or permanent attachment to the venue's surfaces. We want you to have the flexibility to personalize your space while preserving the integrity of our venue for future events.

In the event of inclement weather, we have a contingency plan in place. Your ceremony will be seamlessly moved to our covered reception pavilion, ensuring that your special moment remains beautiful and dry. Your comfort and the success of your event are our top priorities, and we are prepared to adapt to changing weather conditions to make your day perfect.

Yes, rehearsals are welcome at our venue and included in the price of your rental.

We adhere to the local noise ordinance regulations, which require that all outdoor amplified music and entertainment conclude by 10:00 PM. This ensures that we maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors while allowing you to enjoy your event.

Yes, we offer the convenience of tables, chairs, and linens, along with available décor options, as part of our venue amenities. Round table and cocktail linens are white, while buffet table linens are black. This allows you to effortlessly tailor the look and feel of your event to your unique preferences, ensuring a beautifully styled and comfortable setting for your special day.

We permit beer, wine, and spirits at our venue. However, for the safety and responsibility of all guests, all alcohol must be served served by a licensed bartender through a licensed and insured catering company or through Terra Valley Farms Bartending Service.

Voluntary Cancellation:
Either party may cancel this contract without cause at any time prior to the confirmed event. In such cases, the following applies:
The first payment is non-refundable unless the Owner voluntarily cancels the event.
If the Customer voluntarily cancels the event, the first payment is forfeited.
If the Customer cancels the event within 90 days of the event date, they are obligated to pay the remaining balance.
In the event of voluntary cancellation by the Owner, all monies received will be refunded to the Customer.
Cancellation due to non-payment does not result in a refund of the deposit.
Involuntary Cancellation:
If the event becomes impossible to conduct due to uncontrollable factors such as acts of God (e.g., earthquake, flood, fire), government-declared emergencies, or unforeseen contingencies beyond the parties' control, the Owner will not be liable for Customer's loss of profit or consequential damages.
Customer will be granted one reschedule date, subject to availability, with a $200.00 reschedule fee. Deposits will be applied to the new date but will not be refunded. Please note that a new date does not reset payment or cancellation deadlines.
Cancellation requires written notice and payment of applicable damages by the canceling party to the non-canceling party.
