Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Seasonal Wedding Event Assistant. This role involves various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our wedding events. As a Seasonal Wedding Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a magical experience for our clients and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Linens:
Wash and steam linens to ensure they are clean, wrinkle-free, and ready for use.
Handle and store linens carefully to maintain their quality and appearance.
Venue Setup and Takedown:
Assist with the setup of venue furniture and decor according to event plans.
Arrange tables, chairs, and other furniture as specified by the event coordinator.
Help with the setup of venue decorations.
Assist with the takedown and proper storage of furniture and decor after events.
Cleaning:
Clean and prepare getting ready rooms, venue space, and bathrooms before and after events.
Ensure all areas are tidy, organized, and presentable for guests.
Dispose of trash and perform other cleaning duties as required.
General Support:
Provide assistance to the venue coordinator and other team members as needed.
Respond to last minute requests and changes with a positive and can-do attitude.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and decor items.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
