Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Seasonal Wedding Event Assistant. This role involves various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our wedding events. As a Seasonal Wedding Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a magical experience for our clients and their guests.


Key Responsibilities:

Linens:

  • Wash and steam linens to ensure they are clean, wrinkle-free, and ready for use. 

  • Handle and store linens carefully to maintain their quality and appearance.

Venue Setup and Takedown:

  • Assist with the setup of venue furniture and decor according to event plans. 

  • Arrange tables, chairs, and other furniture as specified by the event coordinator. 

  • Help with the setup of venue decorations.

  • Assist with the takedown and proper storage of furniture and decor after events. 

Cleaning:

  • Clean and prepare getting ready rooms, venue space, and bathrooms before and after events. 

  • Ensure all areas are tidy, organized, and presentable for guests. 

  • Dispose of trash and perform other cleaning duties as required. 

General Support:

  • Provide assistance to the venue coordinator and other team members as needed.

  • Respond to last minute requests and changes with a positive and can-do attitude.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and decor items.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
