What’s Included

Venue & Access

  • 12-hour exclusive rental for up to 160 guests

  • Two-hour rehearsal (Monday–Wednesday)

  • Parking for approximately 130 vehicles

  • Brand-new, spacious getting-ready rooms

  • Catering kitchen with large walk-in refrigeration

  • 2–3 venue hosts on-site (based on guest count)

  • Vendor check-in support on event day

  • For events with 80+ guests, a parking attendant is provided to assist with guest arrivals and departures.

Tables, Chairs & Decor

  • 20 round dining tables with white linens

  • 4 cocktail tables with white linens

  • 4 buffet tables with black linens

  • 6 rectangular tables

  • 4 farm tables

  • 160 white ceremony chairs

  • 160 wood cross-back reception chairs

  • Wine barrel dessert and guest book tables

Atmosphere & Amenities

  • Custom lighting in the reception pavilion

  • Lawn games and fire pit (firewood included)

  • Propane heaters for cooler evenings

Layout & Timeline Collaboration

Work collaboratively with our team to design your event layout and timeline.

Setup & Takedown

Venue furniture and linens are set up and taken down by our staff.
Couples remain responsible for clearing personal items and décor prior to takedown.

Venue Decor

We offer a curated collection of venue-owned décor available for your use, thoughtfully selected to complement the setting and elevate your day. Our team will handle the setup and removal of all venue décor in alignment with your overall layout and vision.

Couples are welcome to layer in personal décor and rentals alongside venue pieces. All personal items must be cleared prior to takedown.
