The farmstand is now open!

It’s been a quiet few months of planning and preparation here at the farm but we’re back with an exciting update:

Our farmstand is now open!

Thursday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Hours and availability will expand as the season goes on.

We’ve been working on this little stand inside our workshop since last fall. Completed it in October and had the pad created for it by the end of November.

We had hoped to get it moved out to the road before Christmas in order to have some holiday goodies available.

But that’s when it started raining and raining and raining. To be honest, I was more worried about the roof blowing off than it actually flooding that part of the farm. Looking back, it definitely would have been underwater too.

Finally, last weekend we hauled it out with a tractor and moved it out where it belongs.

So it’s been a long time coming and we’re thrilled it’s finally open.

Mentioned briefly above, we’re selling plant starts this spring both in the farmstand and at the Thursday evening Duvall Farmer’s market. Details on the plant sales are coming soon but the tomato and pepper starts are looking absolutely stunning.
